Shivam Autotech Limited to avail Rs. 40 crores loan for debt refinancing, working capital

The meeting Board of Directors of Shivam Autotech Limited was conducted today as scheduled and the Board has confirmed and approved the availing of Corporate Term Loan of Rs. 40.00 crores for Part-Refinancing of Existing Term Debt & Shoring up of Working capital requirements of the Company.

Shares of Shivam Autotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 28.82 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 29.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11960 in over 259 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.97 and intraday low of 28.57. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 347327.00.
