ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 12.40

The Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited has at their meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, April 13, 2026, which commenced at 3:52 p.m. IST and concluded at 5:23 p.m. IST, approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 12.40 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend on equity shares, will be paid to the eligible Members after the same is approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
