AGI Infra Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of AGI Infra Ltd at its meeting held today i.e on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the registered office of the company situated at SCO 1-5, Urbana, Jalandhar Heights-II, Jalandhar, Punjab-144022, has considered and declared an interim dividend of 0.50 paisa (Fifty Paisa Only) (i.e 10%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2024-25.

The interim dividend will be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on record date i.e March 19, 2025. The interim dividend will be paid/dispatched to the Shareholders within 30 days from its declaration i.e on or before April 08, 2025.
