Tera Software Ltd consortium executes agreement with BSNL

Tera Software Limited in consortium Led by their Partner M/S ITI Limited (public Sector Undertaking, DoT) executed the Agreement with BSNL as the Project Implementation Agency (PIA) under BharatNet Project for Middle Mile Network - Phase-3 with in the States of Himachal Pradesh (Package No.8), West Bengal and Andaman & Nicobar (Package No.9), with a total worth of order value of Rs. 5104 Crores for Design, Supply, Conitruction, Installation, Upgradation, Operation and Maintenance of Middle Mile Network of BharatNet. BharatNet Phase-3 Project is envisaged for the Development (Creatiorl Upgradation and Operation & Maintenance) of Middle Mile Network of BharatNet on Design Build Operate and Maintain (DBOM) Model to deliver the services to 2,50,000 Gram panchayats.

This agreement is made after due diligence of th€ documents and guarantees submitted by the consortium.

The company will take now immediate steps to commence project implementation.

Shares of Tera Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 172.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 181.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9857 in over 163 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 190.70 and intraday low of 172.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1791039.00.
