Diligent Industries Limited allots 12,40,70,766 equity shares on rights basis

The Board of Directors of Diligent Industries Limited has, at its meeting held on today, i.e 19th December, 2024, approved the allotment of 12,40,70,766 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Re.1 /- each at a price of Rs 3.60/- per Rights Equity Share including a share premium of Rs 2.60/- per Rights Equity Share.

Consequent to the said allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to 23,84,30,766 equity shares of Rs. 1 each fully paid up (Rs. 23,84,30,766/-).
