India Finsec Ltd to provide corporate guarantee of Rs. 10 crores

India Finsec Limited ("Company") has approved to provide corporate guarantee to secure the overdraft facility of Rs 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Only) sanctioned by POONAWALLA FINCORP LIMITED to IFL Housing Finance Limited, a subsidiary of India Finsec Limited in its meeting of the Boardof Directors held 22.11.2024. The delay in the submission of the aforementioned disclosure was inadvertent and occurred without any malafide intention, as the company currently does not have a designated Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Upon the Board's awareness of the abovementioned disclosure, we are providing this intimation in adherence to good corporate governance practices.
