Sky Industries Ltd to invest in Skytech Textiles Pvt Ltd

The Board of Directors of SKY INDUSTRIES LIMITED, at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, December 09, 2024, have considered and approved the investment in securities of its subsidiary company, Skytech Textiles Private Limited hereinafter referred to as "Investee Company" by way of rights issue/ preferential issue or any other mode, subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be applicable.

Shares of SKY INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 160.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 159.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4686 in over 74 trades.
