Oberoi Realty Limited to launch residential project 'Jardin at Oberoi Garden City Thane'

Oberoi Realty Limited has announced the forthcoming launch on October 18, 2024 of the residential project by the name 'Jardin at Oberoi Garden City Thane', which is being developed by the Company as part of the integrated development being 'Oberoi Garden City Thane' at Pokhran Road No. 2, Thane spread across ~75 acres.

The first phase of the development will consist of 5 residential towers, of which the bookings for 2 towers will commence from October 18, 2024.

The residential towers will comprise of spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bedroom + studio apartments starting from 1475 sq. ft. and will rise over 65 storeys.

The said project is registered with MahaRERA with the name 'OGC Thane Phase 1' having MahaRERA registration no. PR1331012400078.

Shares of Oberoi Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1903.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2031.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61625 in over 5965 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2067.65 and intraday low of 1899.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 120063484.00.
