Sellwin Traders Limited fixes November 1, 2024 as record date for 1:8 bonus issue

Sellwin Traders Limited has fixed Friday, November 01, 2024 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of Shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid up Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for every 8 (Eight) existing fully paid up Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- each, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Extra ordinary General Meeting to be held on Monday, October 21, 2024.
