Nibe Ordnance Global Ltd raises Rs. 109.90 crores

Nibe Ordnance Global Limited, a subsidiary of Nibe Ordnance and Maritime Limited (Formerly known as Anshuni Commercials Limited), has raised an amount of Rs. 109.90 crores by issuance of 0.01% Compulsory Convertible Debentures ("CCDs") having face value of Rs. 9400/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Four Hundred Only) on private placement basis to nonpromoters and the proceeds of the same will be utilised to meet (a) Cost of setting up of manufacturing facilities (b) Long-term working capital reequipments (c) General Corporate purpose.
