Premier Energies International Pvt Ltd enters into MSA with BN Hybrid Power-1 Pvt Ltd

Premier Energies International Private Ltd., a subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited, has entered into a Module Supply Agreement (MSA) with BN Hybrid Power-1 Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of BrightNight India. Under this agreement, Premier Energies will supply 173.35 MWp of solar modules featuring the latest Topcon technology for their 300 MW FDRE (Wind, Solar, and Energy Storage) Power Project located in Barmer, Rajasthan.

The supply of these modules is scheduled to commence in July 2025.

Shares of Premier Energies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1012.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 996.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 127208 in over 4548 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1021.45 and intraday low of 972.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 127300862.00.
