Lemon Tree Hotels announced its latest signing - Lemon Tree Hotel, Udaipur. The property, which shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, is expected to open in FY 2027.
Udaipur is celebrated for its mesmerising sunsets, intricate handicrafts, and authentic Rajasthani cuisine. The city's breath-taking lakes, grand palaces, and remarkable architecture epitomise the rich history, culture, and scenic splendour of Rajasthan, establishing it as an essential destination for travellers. Among its many notable attractions are the detailed Jagdish Temple, the tranquil Saheliyon-ki-Bari, the imposing Monsoon Palace, and the vibrant markets in the historic old city.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Udaipur, will feature 54 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a meeting room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The Maharana Pratap Airport is approximately 18 kms while the Udaipur City Railway station is 9 kms from the property. The hotel is also well-connected by road, making it accessible by both public and private transport.

Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 113.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 428357 in over 6922 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 119.80 and intraday low of 112.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48943282.00.
