SEAMEC Ltd enters into charter hire for vessel SEAMEC III

SEAMEC Ltd has entered into a Bimco Charter Party dated 26th September, 2024 with M/s. Supreme Hydro Engineering Pvt Ltd for Charter Hire of our Vessel "SEAMEC III" for working in Mumbai High Offshore Fields for carrying out jobs related to underwater inspection of FPSO.

The Charter Hire will be for a firm period of 20 days with option for extension on mutually agreed terms. The charter hire to commence around 10th October, 2024.

The Total value for the firm period is USD 640,000 exclusive of GST.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1472.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1457.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3014 in over 594 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1495.00 and intraday low of 1435.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4408577.00.
