K P Energy Ltd receives approval for PPA with GUVNL

K.P. Energy Limited ('Company') has received the order from the Hon'ble Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) approving the Power Purchase Agreement ('PPA') signed between the Company and Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL).

The Company shall develop the 30MW wind power project under its IPP segment and sell the energy to GUVNL as per the terms of the PPA.

This order marks a significant milestone for the Company, as the execution of this project will expand Company's existing IPP capacity to approximately 50 MW.

The company shall develop the wind power project and sell the energy to GUVNL at the approved tariff of Rs. 2.43/- per unit for operational life of the project.
