Veeram Securities Ltd to change name as Viram Suvarn Ltd

The Company is in process of its name change from 'Veeram Securities Limited' to 'Viram Suvarn Limited' to more specifically depict business activity of the Company. The Company has received name reservation approval for the same today i.e. 23-09-2024 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Further shareholders approval for name change will be taken.
