Ashiana Housing Ltd announces bookings for 168 units in Phase 4 of 'Ashiana Amarah'

Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced that 168 units (consisting area of 2,82,365 sq. ft.) out of total 280 units in Phase 4 of project 'Ashiana Amarah' (Gurugram) have been converted into booking by 01st September 2024, having sale value of Rs. 403.49 Crores. Phase 4 of "Ashiana Amarah" project has total saleable area of 4.95 lakhs sq. fr. with 3 BHK units, and the project is located at Sector 93, Gurugram (Haryana).

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 328.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 331.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5153 in over 248 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 346.35 and intraday low of 328.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1738890.00.
