SEPC Limited allots 15,38,46,153 shares on rights basis

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of SEPC Limited has, at in its meeting held today i.e. July 24, 2024, approved the allotment of 15,38,46,153 fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10/- each issued on a rights basis, at an issue price of ₹ 13 per Equity Share (including premium of ₹ 3 per Equity Share) to the eligible applicants.
