Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd - Q4FY26 Business Update

Hi-Tech Pipes Limited ("the Company"), one of India's leading manufacturers of ERW steel tubes and pipes, today announced its sales volume performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26).

Sales Volume Highlights

- Q4FY26 Sales Volume: Sales volumes for Q4FY26 increased by approximately 27%, rising from 1,16,032 MT in Q4FY25 to 1,47,125 MT in Q4FY26.

- Quarter-on-Quarter Growth: Sales volumes grew by 8% approx. compared to 1,386,067 MT recorded in Q3FY26.

- FY26 Sales Volume: Sales volumes for FY26 increased by 10% approx. rising from 4,85,447 MT to 5,32,437 MT

Mr. Ajay Kumar Bansal - Managing Director, Hi-Tech Pipes Limited, said: "We are pleased to report a strong operational performance in Q4FY28, with sales volume increasing by approximately 27% YoY to 1,47,125 MT and 8% sequentially over Q3FY26, marking the highest ever quarterly sales volume achieved by the Company.

For the full year FY26, the Company recorded a sales volume of 5,32,437 MT, reflecting a growth of around 10% over FY25 and achieving the highest ever annual sales volume. This performance underscores our focus on operational efficiency, capacity utilization, and strengthening market presence. We remain optimistic about the demand outlook and are well-positioned to sustain this growth momentum going forward."

Shares of Hi-Tech Pipes Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 153.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 62715 in over 1662 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 154.60 and intraday low of 151.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9617390.00.
