Kridhan Infra Ltd completes OTS payment to Union Bank of India

Kridhan Infra Limited, has made the required payments as per the Sanction letter issued by Union Bank of India, for one time settlement (OTS) towards all its outstanding dues towards the Company.

Further, Union Bank of India has issued settlement certificate and released all the attached properties and guarantees.

Shares of Kridhan Infra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22280 in over 62 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.08 and intraday low of 3.86. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 88742.00.
