Fusion Micro Finance Ltd is now Fusion Finance Ltd

The Registrar of Companies/Ministry of Corporate Affairs has accorded its approval for change of Company's name from 'Fusion Micro Finance Limited' to 'Fusion Finance Limited' vide the fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 09, 2024. Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed to 'Fusion Finance Limited' w.e.f. July 09, 2024.

Shares of Fusion Micro Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 441.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 448.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39814 in over 2077 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 449.20 and intraday low of 440.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17610860.00.
