Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery LLP to expand capacity of Ethanol Plant

Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery LLP ("hereinafter referred to as "the LLP"), an associate body corporate of Shri Bajrang Alliance Limited intends to undertake a capital expansion of its Ethanol Plant situated at Kh. No. 1105/7 Kharora Road, Village & Tehsil - Arang, Dist. - Raipur - 493441 (C.G.). This expansion entails an increase in the plant's production capacity by 12O (KLPD) representing a substantial 60% augmentation from its current capacity of 200 KLPD.

This strategic expansion plan aligns with our company's long-term vision to drive growth, enhance revenue and profitability, broaden our customer base and market share, and implement various improvements aimed at optimizing our ability to serve our valued customers / members more effectively.

Shares of Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 275.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 272.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13563 in over 299 trades.
