Ami Organics Limited raises Rs. 400 crores through QIP

The QIP Committee ("Committee") of Ami Organics Limited at its meeting held on June 21, 2024, approved the issue and allotment of 32,25,806 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 1,240.00 per Equity Share i.e. at a premium of Rs. 1,230.00 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 399,99,99,440 (Rupees Three hundred and ninety nine crores, ninety nine lakhs, ninety nine thousand, four hundred and forty), pursuant to the Issue.

The Issue opened on June 18, 2024 and closed on June 21, 2024.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 37,67,97,550 consisting of 3,76,79,755 Equity Shares to Rs. 40,90,55,610 consisting of 4,09,05,561 Equity Shares.

Shares of Ami Organics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1357.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1393.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20500 in over 2785 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1420.00 and intraday low of 1350.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28018199.00.
