The company has announced that the approval from Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has been received for change of name of the company from "Quest Softech (India) Limited" to "AMPVOLTS LIMITED".
Shares of Quest Softech (India) Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 41.11 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24060 in over 98 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 44.78 and intraday low of 40.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 999429.00.
