Anant Raj Cloud Pvt Ltd inks MoU with Orange Business Services India Technology Pvt Ltd

Anant Raj Cloud Pvt. Ltd ("ARC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anant Raj Limited, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding(s)/Agreement(s) with Orange Business Services India Technology Pvt. Ltd., a business services arm of Orange S.A., a global integrator of Communications, products and services:

a) To Design, Build and provide Operation (Hardware & Software) services for ARC's Cloud Platform;

b) To establish servers for its captive requirement at ARC Data Center;

c) To support, promote and sell ARC Colocation Data Centre and Cloud Platform Services to its existing and future Customers on terms and conditions mutually agreed.

Shares of Anant Raj Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 423.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 414.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35137 in over 1403 trades.
