Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd start new hotel 'The Park' in Amgarhi, Nainital

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has announced that a new hotel in the brand name 'The Park' in Amgarhi, Nainital, Uttarakhand (India) shall be started by the Company as a managed property by October'25. The necessary agreement(s) in this regard, have been entered into by the Company.

This property is in Uttarakhand, a state which has several tourist attractions that showcase its natural beauty, cultural richness and the diversity of people along with the historical and religious monuments. This new hotel is located in the periphery of Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand, India's ϐirst national park and a tourist destination located at the Himalayan foothills. The hotel will have around 65 rooms including Tree Houses and various other luxurious facilities / amenities such as Multi-cuisine restaurant, specialty restaurant, swimming pool, SPA, conference room, open air banqueting, pool-side coffee shop, bar, etc.

Apart from the aforesaid new hotel, the Company presently operates 11 owned & leased hotels and 22 hotels as managed properties across India.

Shares of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 170.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 165.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40020 in over 1230 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 171.50 and intraday low of 163.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6733409.00.
