LIC increases stake in P I Industries Ltd

Life Insurance Corporation of India ("the Corporation") has increased its shareholding in "P I Industries Limited" from 75,19,910 to 75,91,910 Equity Shares, i.e., 4.95% to 5.00% of the paid-up capital of the said Company.

Shares of Life Insurance Corporation Of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1012.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 992.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 113995 in over 6535 trades.
