Promoters to subscribe to CCDs of Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Limited

The Board of Directors of Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Limited have at their meeting held on 24th May, 2024, considered and approved the issuance of up to 48,40,000 (Forty Eight Lakh Forty Thousand only) compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) of having face value of Rs. 11/- each in one or more tranches aggregating up to INR 5,32,40,000 (Rupees Five Crores Thirty two lakh forty thousand Only) to Promoter/Promoter Group by way of Preferential Issue, subject to approval of Shareholders.

Each CCD will be convertible into 1 (one) fully paidup equity share of the Company of face value of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) with Premium of INR 1, which may be exercised in one or more tranches during a period of 18 (eighteen) months commencing from the date of allotment of CCD.

Shares of Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 20.26 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.89. The total number of shares traded during the day was 322231 in over 122 trades.
