Cosmic CRF Limited pays amount for acquisition of N S Engineering Projects Pvt Ltd

Cosmic CRF Limited has fully paid the total consideration amount of Rs. 28,76,01,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Crores Seventy Six Lakhs and One Thousand) on 24th May 2024 payable for acquisition of M/s N S Engineering Projects Pvt Ltd in compliance with the Order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, vide order dated March 12, 2024.

This acquisition has enabled the Company's entry into the iron & steel based Cold Rold Forming (CRF) products, Sheet Piles, High Mast Poles, Octagonal Poles and Galvanising of Iron & Steel products and other fabricatn works etc. This will also enable the Company to expand its operations, solidify position and diversified into other segments such as manufacturing of High Mast Poles, Sheet Piles, Galvanising of iron & steel products and other fabrication works.

M/s. N S Engineering Projects Pvt Ltd (NSEPPL), is a private limited company, having its registered office at Dakshin Jhapardaha, ONGC Road, PS: Domjur, Dist: Howrah, West Bengal. NSEPPL was engaged in the business of manufacturing Cold Rold Forming (CRF) products, Sheet Piles, High Mast Poles, Octagonal Poles and Galvanising of iron & steel products and other fabrication works. Presently, there is no operation in the NSEPPL's plant.

Shares of Cosmic CRF Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1128.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1105.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 32800 in over 135 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1158.00 and intraday low of 1051.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36403610.00.
