Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited has approved the recommendation of final dividend of ₹ 3/- per Equity Share (@ 30% on a face value of ₹ 10/- per share) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 26th AGM will be dispatched/ credited within 30 days of the AGM.
