Surya Roshni Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Surya Roshni Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each (i.e. 50% on the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2023-24 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
