Transcorp International Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Transcorp International Limited in their meeting dated 10th May 2024 has recommended a dividend @ Rs. 0.30/- (Thirty Paisa) per equity share having a face value of Rs. 2 each (i.e. @ 15%) subject to the approval of shareholders, the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said dividend, as declared by the Board shall be Friday, 12th July 2024.
