Emami Paper Mills Limited signs PPA for Solar Power

Emami Paper Mills Limited has signed PPA with AMP Energy C&I Three Private Limited ("AMP Three") whereunder AMP Three is a Power Producer shall be supplying Solar Power to the Company from the 7 Mwp capacity solar power plant to be set up at Kantabanji, Odisha, India for its manufacturing facility at Balasore Plant, Odisha, India.

The SHA has also been signed between the Company, AMP Three and AMP Energy C& Private Limited ("AMP") for buying upto 25,20,000 Equity shares of AMP Three.

Shares of Emami Paper Mills Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 110.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 110.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3831 in over 116 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 112.00 and intraday low of 110.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 425409.00.
