Union Bank of India recommends dividend of Rs. 3.60

The Board of directors of Union Bank of India has recommended a Dividend of ₹ 3.60 per Equity Share of ₹ 10 each for Financial Year 2023-24. The payment of Dividend is subject to obtaining the necessary statutory approvals and the approval of the shareholders of the Bank at the ensuing 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). And accordingly, the date of AGM, the Book Closure for the purpose AGM and the Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24 will be announced in due course.

Shares of Union Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 144.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 141.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 820539 in over 6647 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 145.65 and intraday low of 140.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 117663851.00.
