Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of directors of Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 (12%) per equity share of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended March, 31, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders.
