Quess Corp Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Quess Corp Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 6/- per equity share (60%) of face value of ₹10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid (subject to the deduction of tax at source, as applicable) on or after sixth day of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Quess Corp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 625.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 627.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 84965 in over 3998 trades.
