Hikal Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The board of directors of Hikal Ltd has considered and recommended the payment of final dividend for the financial year 2023-24 on equity share capital @ 30% [Re.0.60/- per equity share, nominal value of Rs. 2/- each], aggregating to dividend of 60% (Rs.1.20 /- per equity share) {including Interim Dividend of Re. 0.60/- per share (Sixty paise only) (30%) paid to the shareholders in the month of March, 2024}, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM date.

Shares of Hikal Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 293.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 289.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22175 in over 740 trades.
