Balaji Amines Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 11

The board of directors of Balaji Amines Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 11/- per equity share i.e. 550% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the 36" Annual General Meeting of the Company.
