Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The board of directors of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 0.60 (6%) per Equity share (of face value of Rs.10/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company in the ensuing 62nd Annual General Meeting.
