The Anup Engineering Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 15, special dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of The Anup Engineering Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity share and one-time special dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share, totaling to a dividend of Rs. 20/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which shall be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration. We shall inform you in due course the date on which the Company will hold Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31st March, 2024.
