Paushak Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 20

The board of directors of Paushak Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 20/- (200%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').
