Raymond Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Raymond Ltd have recommended payment of dividend of 100% on the Equity share capital i.e. Rs. 10 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten) each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 99th Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after June 26, 2024.
