Grasim Industries Ltd commissions Paint Plants at Ludhiana, Panipat and Cheyyar

Grasim Industries Limited's following Paint plants located at Ludhiana, Panipat and Cheyyar have commenced commercial production on 30th April 2024 as per below details:

Ludhiana (Punjab) - 200 Million Litres Per Annum
Panipat (Haryana) - 230 Million Litres Per Annum
Cheyyar (Tamil Nadu) - 206 Million Litres Per Annum

These plants will manufacture different category of Paints [viz. Water based Paint, Distemper, Solvent based Paint (including Wood Finish) and Colorants, etc.] which will currently cater to domestic markets.

Shares of Grasim Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2482.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2434.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27341 in over 3744 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2487.45 and intraday low of 2439.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 67628712.00.
