UCO Bank recommends dividend of Rs. 0.28

The board of directors of UCO Bank has recommended dividend of Rs.0.28 per equity share (2.80%) of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to declaration/approvol of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of UCO Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 58.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 57.03. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3776832 in over 11834 trades.
