Bank of Maharashtra recommends dividend of Rs. 1.40

The board of directors of Bank of Maharashtra has recommended a dividend of 14% ie., Rs. 1.40 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Bank.

Shares of Bank of Maharashtra was last trading in BSE at Rs. 67.62 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 65.24. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4187817 in over 10693 trades.
