Cipla Health Ltd completes purchase of a business undertaking from Ivia Beaute Pvt Ltd

Cipla Health Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Cipla Ltd has completed the purchase of the distribution and marketing business undertaking of cosmetics and personal care business from Ivia Beaute Private Limited, through a slump sale arrangement, on a going concern basis on 26th April 2024.

Shares of Cipla Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1409.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1405.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12901 in over 1233 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1417.45 and intraday low of 1402.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18184717.00.
