Bajaj Finance Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 36 per share

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finance Ltd have recommended a dividend on equity shares at the rate of Rs. 36 per share (1800%) of face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2024. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or about 26 July 2024 or 27 July 2024.

The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2024, has been fixed as 21 June 2024.
