Anant Raj Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.73

The Board of Directors of Anant Raj Limited at their meeting held on today i.e. April 24, 2024, have, considered and approved a final dividend@ 36.50% i.e. Re. 0.73 per equity share (face value of Rs. 2 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2023-24, which shall be subject to the approval of shareholders at its ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration and any further information in this regard including record date etc. shall be announced in due course.
