MCX recommends final dividend of Rs. 7.64

The Board of Directors of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) at its Meeting held today, has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 7.64/- per equity share (face value of Rs.10/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024. This proposal is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4028.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3903.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 82296 in over 6515 trades.
