Mahindra Logistics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The board of directors of Mahindra Logistics Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (25%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2024. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the ensuing 17th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

Shares of Mahindra Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 444.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 454.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9756 in over 752 trades.
