Rathi Steel and Power Limited avails credit facility of Rs. 43.50 crores

The Board of Directors of Rathi Steel and Power Limited at its meeting held on April 20, 2024 has approved the availment of total Credit facility of Rs. 43.50 Crores (Rupees Forty-Three Crores and Fifty Lacs Only) from Kotak Mahindra Bank as per Sanction Letter. The Company has entered into a loan agreement with Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Shares of Rathi Steel and Power Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 60.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 58.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76674 in over 69 trades.
